Apply to Judah Bible College

$25 Application Fee | Rolling Admissions | 30–45 Minutes to Complete

Welcome

This is more than an application. It is a starting line.

We are not collecting paperwork at Judah Bible College. We are discerning calling. As you fill out these pages, we ask you to do so prayerfully, honestly, and with the awareness that the God who began a good work in you is the same One who has placed you here.

Take your time on the reflection sections. We read every word. Your answers shape the conversation we will have with you in your interview, and they help us discern alongside you whether JBC is the right next step for the season you are in.

Before You Begin

A few practical things to have on hand before you open the application. Most applicants complete the form in a single 30-45 minute sitting once these are ready.

Five-Item Checklist:

✓ $25 Application Fee Payable by check, money order, or credit card. Non-refundable.

✓ 30–45 Minutes of Uninterrupted Time The reflection sections matter. Plan time to fill them out well — not at the end of a long day, not between meetings. This is the room where you tell us what God is doing in you.

✓ Contact Info for Two References Your pastor (or a credentialed ministry leader who knows you well) and one personal/character reference. We contact them directly — you do not need to gather written letters yourself. Family members do not qualify.

✓ Basic Personal Information Full legal name, date of birth, contact information, emergency contact, and educational background.

✓ A Photo of Your Government-Issued ID Driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID. Attached to the application.

If you do not have everything ready right now, that is fine — start the application, save what you have, and come back. Just submit it when it is complete.

What Happens After You Submit?

Here is exactly what to expect from the moment your completed application reaches our office.

01 — We Confirm Receipt You will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days. We tell you what we have received and what is still needed for your file to be considered complete.

02 — We Contact Your References Within 5 business days of receiving your application, we reach out directly to your pastoral reference and personal reference. They receive a short reference form to complete on your behalf. Most reference responses come back within 7–10 days. Give your references a heads-up that we will be contacting them.

03 — We Schedule Your Interview Once your file is complete, we schedule a 30–45 minute admissions interview with our team. This is a real conversation, not a formality. We will ask honest questions about your testimony, your calling, and your expectations for JBC — and we want you to ask honest questions back. Discernment runs both directions.

04 — We Send Your Decision After the interview, we pray, we review your complete file, and we send you a written decision — typically within 14 days. Decisions come in five forms: Full Admission, Conditional Admission, Audit Status, Deferred, or Denied. Every decision is explained personally. There are no form rejections at this school.
