Our Mission & Vision
MISSION: Know the Word. Move with the Spirit. Walk in dominion.
VISION: To raise up a generation of Spirit-filled, biblically grounded believers who will rise, mobilize, and take their rightful place in advancing the Kingdom of God as world changers.
Who We Are
Judah Bible College is not a religious assembly line. We are not in the business of mass-producing credentialed Christians who can quote Scripture but cannot pray, who can articulate theology but cannot hear the voice of God, who can perform on a platform but cannot stand in spiritual warfare.
We exist to form Spirit-filled, biblically grounded believers who Know the Word, Move with the Spirit, and Walk in dominion. That is our mission. And every program, every course, every standard, every gathering is the operational expression of that mission.
We are a Bible college born from a local church, covered by apostolic leadership, and committed to forming the kind of believers the Church and the world desperately need. We are not building consumers. We are raising reproducers. We are not just filling classrooms. We are training carriers of revival.
The Church does not need more spectators. The Church needs sons and daughters who are trained, surrendered, rooted, and ready.
If God Is Stirring You — Take the Next Step.
The Church needs people who are willing to be trained, equipped, and sent. If God has been stirring something in you, do not ignore it. This is the moment to respond.
Our Story
Judah Bible College was born from a heritage of Spirit-filled, apostolic church leadership, decades of biblical training, and the generational call to raise up the next generation of believers who will carry the Kingdom of God further than the generation before them.
For years, Metro Tab Church carried this assignment under the banner of ROAR School of Ministry. ROAR trained hundreds of believers, equipped leaders, and laid the foundation for what God was preparing to do next. Lives were changed. Leaders were sent. The Kingdom advanced. And in the fullness of time, the Lord made it clear that this work needed a wider door and a deeper mandate.
In 2026, ROAR School of Ministry was prayerfully relaunched as Judah Bible College — a fully developed Bible college offering three degree programs, a robust academic catalog, and a clear apostolic and prophetic identity. The name changed. The mission did not. We are still raising up believers to Know the Word, Move with the Spirit, and Walk in Dominion. But now we are doing it under a name and a structure built to serve far more than one local body.
This is where we are. This is where we are going. And by the grace of God, we are just getting started…
Our Covering
We are not detached from the local church — we are built inside one JBC is born from and covered by Metro Tab Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee, under the apostolic leadership of Dr. Steve and Pastor Reita Ball. Every program we offer, every doctrinal position we hold, every spiritual standard we uphold flows from this covering. We are not freelance. We are accountable.
This matters because the local church is God’s primary strategy for advancing His Kingdom. Paul did not plant Bible colleges. He planted churches that produced leaders. We believe the same model still works. A Bible college without local church covering produces theologians who cannot pastor. A local church without intentional training produces believers who cannot reproduce. We refuse to separate what God has joined.
For our students, this means you are not just enrolling in a school. You are coming under apostolic covering, biblical depth, Spirit-empowered formation, and accountable community. The leadership of Metro Tab Church and the leadership of Judah Bible College stand together over your training. That is a gift. And we take it seriously.
