Judah Bible College operates with a clear, simple governance structure designed to keep the school accountable to its mission, its covering, and its students. At the top sit our Chancellor and Vice Chancellor — Dr. Steve and Pastor Reita Ball — who provide the apostolic covering of the entire institution. The day-to-day leadership of the college sits with the Executive Director. The teaching faculty are men and women hand-selected for biblical depth, doctrinal integrity, ministry fruit, and Spirit-empowered character.

Dr. Steve Ball | Chancellor 

Known for anointed preaching and motivational speaking, Dr. Steve Ball has distinguished himself as a leader in church and community service. He is a highly sought after crusade and conference speaker who preaches with fire and passion — touching and changing countless lives through the Word of God. His ministry is marked with powerful miracles.

His leadership and business skills have been recognized by national and international private and government organizations. He specializes in building bridges between people from all walks of life. His international connections allow him the privilege of bringing people together — breeding success for an excellent tomorrow.

Dr. Steve Ball and his wife, Reita, are the founders and lead pastors of the Metro Tabernacle church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Metro Tabernacle is a non-denominational, Spirit-filled, multi-racial church with 20+ nationalities — characterized by dynamic services full of the presence of God. Dr. Ball facilitates the networking and mentoring of ministers through the Metro Tab Fellowship of Ministers (MTFM).

Educationally, Dr. Ball holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Lee University, a Master of Arts from the Theological Seminary in Cleveland, Tennessee, a Master of Education from the University of Tennessee, and a Doctorate of Ministry from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.

He is a dream driven leader.

Pastor Reita Ball | Vice Chancellor 

Pastor Reita Ball and her husband, Dr. Steve Ball, are the founders and lead pastors of the Metro Tabernacle church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Metro Tabernacle is a non-denominational, Spirit-filled, multi-racial church with 20+ nationalities — characterized by dynamic services full of the presence of God.

She is known for speaking with passion and inspiring others to live their dreams despite the challenges of the past, economic situation, or opinions of others. She is highly sought as a conference speaker. Her heartbeat is to see people released to walk in their destiny.

Pastor Reita is the founder and host of the Daughters of Destiny Women’s Conference, one of the nation’s premiere women’s conferences. She believes you can live your dreams and fulfill your kingdom purpose.

Pastor Adam Aziz | Executive Director

Pastor Adam Aziz serves as the Executive Director of Judah Bible College and Executive Pastor at Metro Tab Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Coming from a heritage of Spirit-filled, apostolic church leadership and church planting, Pastor Adam has spent his entire life immersed in the work of the local church and the equipping of believers for the ministry.

For over 20 years, he has served at Metro Tab Church in nearly every leadership capacity — youth and kids ministry, worship, small groups, hospitality, and more. This experience uniquely positions him to lead Judah Bible College in raising up Spirit-filled leaders.

His ministry is marked by an unrelenting burden for souls. Whether teaching, preaching, writing, or training leaders, his driving cry is “souls, souls, souls” — to see lives transformed by the gospel. He is an author of several books, the host of The Hard Truth Podcast, and the founder of Deeper, a global online Bible study that reaches thousands of viewers across North America, South America, Europe, and Africa. He has recorded multiple worship albums, written curriculum and Bible studies, trained dozens of leaders, and preached at churches and conferences across the country.

Pastor Adam holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, with additional studies in Pastoral Ministry at Lee University. He is also a certified personal trainer through ISSA, bringing a holistic conviction about the stewardship of body, mind, and spirit to his leadership.

Pastor Adam and his wife, Pastor Olivia, live in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with their two sons, Axel and Judah. Together, they are deeply committed to serving their church family with passion, conviction, and joy.

TEACHING FACULTY

The men and women who teach at Judah Bible College were not chosen for their credentials alone. They were chosen because they carry the Word, walk with the Spirit, live what they teach, and bear fruit that lasts. Each is planted in a local church, accountable to apostolic leadership, and committed to the JBC Statement of Faith.

Angie Wynn 

Angie Wynn is a teacher, speaker, counselor, author, and founder of Angie Wynn Ministries, a teaching and counseling service dedicated to helping people experience healing, freedom, and the abundant life God has promised.

Angie’s life and ministry have been shaped by her own journey of overcoming rejection, abandonment, and emotional, physical, and mental abuse. She gives full credit for her healing and restoration to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who rescued her, saved her, delivered her, filled her with His Spirit, and revealed the unconditional love of the Father.

Her academic achievements include graduating as Salutatorian from Ramsay High School in Birmingham, Alabama, earning a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Howard University in Washington, D.C., and receiving a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling from Life Management Institute in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She was also recognized in Who’s Who Among American Business Women in 2007 and has served as an Elijah House Facilitator in inner healing and prayer ministry.

After personally experiencing the impact of Christian counseling, Angie became passionate about speaking life, healing, and blessing into the lives of hurting people. That passion led her to establish Angie Wynn Ministries, where she shares the healing and freedom she has received with others.

Angie is also the author of Love Notes for the Rejected, a 30-day devotional written to encourage those who have felt invisible, unloved, or rejected with the heart and love of God.

Angie attends Metro Tab Church, where she has served as a teacher and speaker. She resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with her spoiled Shih Tzu, Bella.

Dr. Mike Patton

Dr. Mike Patton is a minister, missionary, teacher, and ministry founder with a deep passion for preaching the Word of God, making disciples, and helping students pursue their God-given purpose.

Dr. Mike and his wife, Pamela, have spent many years serving in both missionary and humanitarian work. Together, they founded three nonprofit organizations dedicated to ministry, missions, and humanitarian outreach. They have traveled extensively to teach, preach, and share the gospel, carrying a burden to see lives changed and communities strengthened through the power of Jesus Christ.

Dr. Mike has also founded two Bible Institutes in Honduras and has had the privilege of training and graduating students for the work of ministry. He and Pamela lived in Honduras for eight years, where they helped birth a ministry that continues to produce fruit for the Kingdom of God. Through Faces of Dreams Honduras, their work continues to impact lives and advance the gospel.

Dr. Mike earned a Doctorate of Ministry from Ministry International Institute. As a teacher, he is committed to helping students grow in their understanding of God’s Word, discover their calling, and become equipped to fulfill the purpose God has placed on their lives.

Pastor Tony Doyley

Pastor Tony Doyley Jr. has served on the pastoral leadership team at Metro Tab Church for over 20 years. For the past 16 years, he has served as an Associate Pastor, leading the Couples Ministry and Metro Tab’s Celebrate Recovery ministry alongside his wife, Pastor Tania Doyley.

Growing up in South Florida, Pastor Tony was exposed to many hardships and traumatic experiences that gave him a firsthand understanding of the need for a real relationship with Jesus Christ. His journey, along with his experience in both church and secular environments, has given him a unique ability to communicate biblical truth in a way that speaks to both the churched and the unchurched.

Pastor Tony’s mission has remained consistent: to encourage, uplift, and compel people to take action. As a teacher with Judah Bible College, he is committed to discipleship, spiritual formation, and helping students grow in their understanding and application of God’s Word.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Education from Lee University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Bryan College.

Pastor Tony is the proud husband of Pastor Tania Doyley, and together they have two beautiful daughters, Brianna and Ava. He is also the author of two books, with more writings to come, and has had the privilege of speaking and preaching in churches throughout the United States and overseas.

Pastor Tania Doyley

Pastor Tania Doyley has committed her life to sharing Jesus and helping others discover the full life God has for them. Her heart is to empower, influence, and encourage people to grow in their faith, walk in purpose, and live with a deeper understanding of God’s love and truth.

For over 20 years, Tania has served alongside her husband, Pastor Tony Doyley Jr., on staff at Metro Tab Church. Together, they currently serve as leaders in Celebrate Recovery and the couples ministry, helping individuals and families find healing, freedom, and strength through Christ-centered community.

Tania is also a Spanish speaker and has had the privilege of sharing the Gospel in Latin America. In addition to her ministry experience, she has served as an educator for over 10 years, bringing a strong background in teaching, leadership, and personal development.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lee University in 2006 and her Master of Arts in Teaching from Lee University in 2018. She is currently pursuing an Educational Specialist degree in Leadership from Lee University.

Tania and her husband, Tony, have two beautiful daughters, Brianna and Ava.

Pastor Travis Kiger

Travis Kiger serves as Associate Pastor of Young Adult Ministry and Building Supervisor at Metro Tab Church. He has a heart for helping people know God, grow in their faith, and experience the love of Christ in a real and personal way.

Travis has served in ministry through several leadership roles, including Assistant Campus Pastor at Allison Park Church and Interim Pastor at Apollo Assembly of God. His ministry experience has given him a passion for serving people, strengthening the local church, and helping others take their next step in their walk with God.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Ministry with a minor in Biblical Studies from Lee University.

Travis is especially inspired by the lives and ministries of Elijah and Elisha. Their faith, obedience, and demonstration of God’s power reflect the kind of Spirit-filled life he desires to model and teach. He loves seeing people grow in their knowledge of God and considers it an honor to serve others through ministry.

Lisa Kelley
Lisa Kelley

Lisa Kelley is a faithful servant, teacher, and worship ministry leader with a heart to challenge, encourage, and equip believers to walk in the fullness of who they are in Christ. She has served in ministry through young adult teaching, small groups, women’s ministry, adult Bible classes, worship, and prayer.

Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Practical Ministry from Beacon University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, a Bachelor of Ministry and Leadership from ROAR School of Ministry, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

With a passion for freedom in Christ and spiritual growth, Lisa loves helping believers become strengthened in the Word and equipped for Kingdom purpose. One of her favorite books to teach is Nehemiah because of its powerful connection between devotion to God, leadership, teamwork, and perseverance in the face of opposition.

Professionally, Lisa serves as a Food Safety Systems Senior Specialist, providing oversight in quality and food safety management systems within the food industry. She is passionate about developing people, improving systems, and creating environments where shared experience and growth are valued.

Lisa is a faithful member of Metro Tab Church, where she serves in worship, prayer, and teaching ministries. She resides in Cleveland, Tennessee, and enjoys spending time with family, nurturing her flower beds, and working on small garden projects. Her heart is to make a lasting impact for the Kingdom of God in the lives of her friends, family, colleagues, and students.
